5,6      Stepping across Left Leg, rock forward on RIGHT; Rock back on LEFT
7&8     Cha-cha in place on RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT

ON LEFT, PIVOT TO RIGHT FOR A FULL TURN:
9-10    Stepping on LEFT (pivoting on Right), then RIGHT, turning full turn to RIGHT
          (CW) in two steps
